What you'll do
Make high-volume outbound calls — 200+ calls a day — booking solar consultations for U.S. homeowners
Follow a proven script built to get past the first ten seconds
Work Monday–Friday, weekends off — consistent schedule, no nights unless you want extra hours
What we're looking for
Native Spanish speaker with advanced (C1) English
1+ years of outbound phone sales, telemarketing, or call center experience
Comfortable and consistent at high call volume — 200+ dials a day
Reliable internet, a headset, and a quiet space to take calls
Pay & training
Base salary plus uncapped bonus/commission — average total pay around $2,100 USD/month
