What you'll do

Spend about 90% of your day on outbound calls through an auto-dialer, booking solar consultations for U.S. homeowners
Hit a minimum of 200 calls and 3.5 hours of talk time per day
Ramp up from 1.5 booked appointments/day (weeks 3–6) to 2/day after your first month
Work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm PST, weekends off

What we're looking for

Native Spanish speaker with advanced (C1) English
2+ years of outbound sales, appointment setting, or high-volume call center experience
A Windows or Mac computer, a professional headset with microphone, and stable high-speed internet
A quiet workspace for calls

Pay & schedule

Base pay: $500 USD per paycheck, paid bi-weekly ($1,000/month)
Bonuses: avg. $650 per paycheck — $35 per met appointment + 2% commission on funded deals
Total average: $1,150+ per paycheck, uncapped
Two paid 15-minute breaks, plus a one-hour unpaid lunch — about 40 paid hours/week
